Dr. Eaton hails from Wisconsin where he earned degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He attended medical school at Des Moines University and received his anatomic and clinical pathology training at Indiana University, as well as cytopathology fellowship training.  Upon completing training and retiring from 15 years of service in the Army National Guard, he moved to Des Moines with his family, where he has practiced pathology since 2013. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, traveling and pizza.
