Dr. Kilborn joined Iowa Pathology Associates in 2018 and is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa, where she also completed her residency and fellowship training. Her advanced training includes fellowships in both Surgical Pathology and Cytology.

Dr. Kilborn has a particular interest in cytology, cytologic procedures, and expanding access to high-quality pathology services across rural communities. She is committed to ensuring that even the smallest towns receive the same level of diagnostic excellence as larger medical centers.

Her professional focus combines precision in diagnostics with a passion for equitable healthcare delivery. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.
